Harbour Rocks Hotel enjoys a fantastic location in The Rocks, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy a short walk to Circular Quay. Guests appreciate being close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, including the conveniently located Tayim Restaurant with the possibility to leave the bill on the room account. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds are frequently mentioned, though some guests have observed that the rooms can be quite quirky due to the building's original warehouse structure. With its proximity to attractions like the Sydney Opera House and easy access to ferries, it's a great base for exploring Sydney.

The location was great. It was close to many places.
The door to my room jammed every time it closed. My wife could not open it. I think it is a safety issue. Check-in was also delayed twice for about 2 hours because the rooms were getting air conditioning worked on.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the Harbour Bridge and the Quay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff was very friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. This service was useful since our flight was late.
The room was like it was in a basement. I felt a bit claustrophobic. The air conditioning didn't really work. The room was stuffy and hot. It was hard to sleep.

great locationancient buildingmarket proximitycleaning creditdoor tag
i enjoyed the location near the rocks market and wharfs. it was only a ten minute walk to the wharfs. the building itself seems ancient, so it must be full of stories..
guests must hang a different door tag than 'don't disturb' to get the $10 no room cleaning credit. i found this was not explained to me..
